I am one to sleep in on weekends, like, a lot. I mean I usually don't actually get out of bed until about 2pm, which sucks because I always wake up extremely hungry.
I am in so many extra curricular activities, it's not even funny, I am on almost every sports team. I was in drama last year, but we didn't do it this year. Not to mention all of the "studying" I do (Always on tumblr) I am almost always busy.
It is always the worst when we have weekend practices or anything like that, I honestly wouldn't mind if they were on the weekends and started in the afternoon. But no, that's not how it works, they have to do it the earliest time possible. Well nine O clock anyway, which is just way to early for me. Last year for drama we had to be there at like 10am for a rehearsal that went until like four or something, and that was bad enough. Now this Saturday I have to get up at 7:30am because I have to be at the softball field for 9am. It was bad enough going to drama at 10, now I have to go and play softball at nine in the morning. I'm sorry, but that's not my thing! I have already gotten, like, no sleep this week and it's only Tuesday and I know for a fact I won't be able to sleep tonight.
Speaking of early morning stuff, this morning was our last early morning band practice for the rest of the year. You don't even understand how much of a relief that is! I hate early morning band. I already have to get up early enough for school, I don't like having to get up for band earlier than I do for school. Don't get me wrong, I like band, but I also like sleep.
Early morning activities just aren't my thing.

Things That I hate #1
I hate a lot of things in life, and I thought I would share some of them with you, but I am not going to write all of them today, because it would be extremely long, so welcome to part one of things I hate.
Clowns: The story behind this is that when I was probably eight or nine I started watching the show The Mentalist, Yeah, I know, I was a pretty cool kid. I started watching it, and one episode was about a guy dressed in a clown suit who killed a person, and the clown face was really freaking scary. As if that didn't scare me enough, about a year later I watched "It" I think that's what it's called, and it was just about this thing dressed as a clown or something, I honestly completely forget, but all I know is that it was incredibly scary to me when I was that age, and I have just hated them since!
Spiders: Honestly, there is no real story behind my passionate hate for spiders, I just never really liked them, in fact, I've always hated them! I think that they are gross, and they are creepy and weird. Their legs are stupid, I don't like bugs at all in anyway, or arachnids, or what ever they are called.
Drama: Drama is something that I try not to be apart of, but me trying to help someone with a problem I get sucked into the "drama vortex" which by the way is the most annoying thing ever, especially when you are trying your very hardest not to be apart of it. Which leads to the next thing I hate...
People: I guess it's not really people in general, more just annoying people. Like the people who cause drama, who just make everything so dramatic, people who talk about their friends, people who are rude and expect to have a bunch of friends, etc. There are very few people I will accept to hangout with me, and it's not because I am so cool I have to have a limit of friends, no, I'm far from that. I hand pick my friends, because I get annoyed so easily that if you are even the slightest but annoying when you are around me and I am in a bad mood, you will probably get punched.
So that is just the first part of "Things that I hate" If you share a passionate hate for any of these things, I am sure we will get along just fine...Unless you are annoying.

Is It Seriously Going To Snow?!?!
So, it is the middle of may, calling for flurries, no big deal, right? HUGE DEAL! I got sick of snow a quarter through winter, because snow means cold, and cold means no sun, no sun means no summer, no summer means: No tan, no parties, no work, so no money, no friends, no shorts, no cute outfits, and no steady diet of ice cream and fries! Obviously the snow won't last long, or at least I'm hoping anyway.
I swear the only reason I like winter is because of Christmas and my birthday, and sometimes you can wear some pretty cute outfits in the winter, if you try that is, my winter fashion usually consists of leggings and big hoodies. So there is not much to look forward to in the winter for me, but summer is all different!
Summer is the time where all of the bad stuff goes away. I forget about everything that happened that school year, screw new year resolutions, summer resolutions is more like it! I mean, sure, make your new years resolutions all you want, but isn't summer a better time? Here's why; During the summer there is a huge break between grades and everyone forgets about most things the previous year, so when you get back to school, if you changed people don't notice to much, because summer sunshine makes you hazy with past memories. You forget who the person was, and you feel so bad, you just act like that person is being exactly who they used to be.
That is just my opinion. New years resolutions are great, but there is nothing that tops the new you summer edition.

Summer 2013 Bucket List
My friend Martha and I have been planning to make the summer of 2013 one of the best summers ever! So we started a "Summer 2013 Bucket list" with all the things that we want, no wait, HAVE to do before summer ends this year. So I though I would share the things that we are doing with you, so if you have nothing to do over the summer to try some of these things as well.
1. Buy and eat a whole box of Oreo's just for fun.
Honestly I don't know why this is one of the things on our bucket list, but I quite enjoy the idea, probably because I am like in love with Oreo's!
2. Go to the lobster barn and have a real dinner.
The Lobster Barn is a restaurant here that we have gotten take out from, but have never sat down and had a real meal there, so we thought it would be a fun idea to just go out for dinner there one night, because their food is amazing. They don't just have seafood either, which is good, because I am not a big fan of seafood.
3. walk around at midnight.
Where we live in the summer night is really chill, and it's pretty common for teenagers to just walk around with their friends, it's even common for teens to go swimming at midnight here, which is always quite fun!
4. go swimming at night.
We did this last summer as well a couple times, but we wanted to make sure we did again this year, because it was so fun last year. Night swimming usually means between 9:30pm and 12:30am.
5. Renee's gourmet hot chocolate.
So I have always had a thing with making really complicated drinks, and my hot chocolate is Marthas favourite, it is pretty much just hot chocolate with a crap ton of whipped cream on top, with chocolate syrup drizzled on the whipped crap, sprinkles over that, with cinnamon and coconut chavings, with one single, small piece of chocolate in the center of the whipped cream.
6. Everything but the kitchen sink sundaes.
This is something that Martha and I saw in a movie once. Basically all it is is just everything sweet you have in your kitchen in a bowl. ex: Ice cream, gummy bears, peanut butter. Stuff like that, it is possibly the most unhealthy thing in the world!
7. on a really hot day go swimming first thing in the morning.
I have a beach straight down the road from my house, it seriously takes like 2 minutes to get there on foot. We pretty much live at the beach when we aren't working, so we both thought it would be cool to go swimming really early in the morning before we both have to go off to work.
8. Go for a run at least twice a week.
We both agreed that in the summer juggling work and the beach it is pretty hard to get time into exercise, not to mention the amount of food we eat in the summer, and we are both pretty thing right now, and we kind of want to stay that way, so we thought it would be a good idea to keep our fitness up by going for runs occasionally.
9. get a decent amount of exercise like swimming running biking etc.
This pretty much goes in with the running one, so we pretty much just want to keep our the amount of exercise we do up.
10. Go kayaking.
I have only ever been Kayaking once, and that was with my friend Madison and Martha has never gone, so we decided that we should go kayaking at least once this summer, because it is extremely fun and a great form of exercise.
11. Go paddle boarding.
This is basically where you just stand on a surf board and take an oar and paddle around. We saw some people doing it once, and we thought it was the most hilarious looking thing ever, so we just figured we had to do it!
12. go on another adventure.
Last summer we went walking around just kind of "exploring" and we found a beach that we had never seen before, so we thought it'd be fun to walk along it to get back home, turns out the way home we had to climb a cliff thing, and walk through a beach at low tide, which is not smart, because when it is low tide the beach is full of sea crabs, and I hate sea crabs with a passion so Martha and I were like freaking out every time one would even come close to us. We hated the adventure as it was going on, but after is was over we thought it was so funny, and we wanted to try something like that again, just with a different place.
13. photo shoot.
Last year we didn't take as many photos of us in the summer all that much, and we wanted to be able to remember everything, so we want to take a lot more photos than we did last summer.
14. Water fight.
Our friend Henry comes out here every summer, for the whole summer, from Rhode Island, and we wanted to all have a water balloon/water gun fight at the beach, because it just seems like a lot of fun.
15. Brownie in a mug.
I honestly don't really know what this is, Martha put this on the list, and I don't know what it is, so I guess I will have to find out when we come across that one.
16. Learn to skateboard.
I already know how to skate board, but Martha doesn't, so she wanted me to teach her how to this summer, just for fun.
17. Experiment more with make up.
We mean this more with lip colours, because I do a lot of different things around my eyes, but for some reason I always feel odd wearing bright lip colours, so I wanted to come out of my shell more this summer, and try some new bright lip colours.
I encourage all of you to try some of these bucket list items, we tried to make them as fun as possible and we are super excited for the summer to start. I am going to be keeping you up with the process of us achieving items on out bucket list, so expect a lot of posts on new things that we tried!

Saying Yes!
For the past three years thing haven't been the best for me, and I think it was partly because after things got bad I thought that was it, like everything was over. I didn't think anything would ever get better, and I was extremely scared to do anything, or go anywhere with anyone. I became a major pessimist, I could find the bad in everything, from as far as a homework assignment, or even my out look on life. I started saying no to everything, going anywhere, hanging out with anyone, doing anything. I was isolated basically, I had built up a wall of emotions against my bed room door, I pretty much lived in there, with exceptions of school and food. I honestly wasn't trying to make things better at all, all I would do is complain about how awful my life was, I was being a complete wimp pretty much. I was scared of everything and everyone, I didn't want to get attached to anyone, I wasn't ready to get hurt, because everything I loved got taken away from me so quickly, with the whole moving thing. Why wouldn't it happen again? That was pretty much my outlook on life. Everything was one big mystery to me, I didn't take any chances, I was to scared I would screw up.
But now, it is going to be all different. I am going to start taking chances and saying yes to more opportunities that come my way, I am going to try and turn my life around, even though it may be a struggle, in the end, who knows, it may be an amazing thing. I am going to say yes to more friends, to spending less time on the internet (that one might be harder than others) I am going to go out more and make new memories, because as of right now, I am going to start changing. I never believed that people could fully change, but that's the thing. I didn't believe it, because I was never put in the position of wanting to change, but now that I am, I can start to believe more in the concept of change, and the whole process of it all. I encourage anyone who may be reading this to try this exactly. Say yes to more opportunities, just like the saying says. "Inhale the good stuff, exhale the bad stuff." What I mean is say yes that could make your life better, happier, and not so isolated, don't say yes to things like smoking and drugs. That's not going to get you anywhere.
Say yes, to saying yes!

Summer Job
I have had the exact same summer job for the past three year, and I'm not complaining.
In the mornings I sometimes help out with breakfast, like preparing the plates to make them look presentable, cut up fruit, make tea and coffee. The normal stuff you would do for breakfasts. In the mornings, after breakfast is served I clean hotel rooms. That is for sure my least favourite thing to do at work. I very much dislike having to clean up after people, I can barely clean up after myself, let alone anyone else. But in the afternoons I am a waitress/dishwasher. Which isn't that bad, unless you get a rude costumer, which isn't often, and even when there is a rude costumer it can sometimes be funny to listen to the things they say. At nights I have time to myself to go to the beach, and just do what ever I want.
If you haven't already guessed I work at a bed and breakfast, and it is a pretty good job, but I do work for my parents which isn't always the funnest, but the pay is pretty good, so what ever right? I worked part time the first year, and last year I worked full time, this year I'm thinking of just working part time again, because I kind of want to have one last summer of just hanging out with friends. But I also want to work full time, because I am trying to save up for a trip back home, and a phone, and I decent camera. So full time would probably be best.
