Band Trip!

I am in my school band...Yeah, make jokes all you want, It may be nerdy, but I kind of like it. All jokes aside though, my school band goes on trips, usually every second year, but I guess now we are making it yearly, which is actually pretty exciting, except for, you know, the actually playing music part of it. Just kidding. But we do have tons of fun on these trips. Last year we went to Halifax, which was a blast! We got to stay the night in a pretty awesome hotel and I got to share a room with three off my awesome friends. The first day we were there, we traveled there on a tour bus, which was pretty awesome. Once we got there, right away we went to play our concert, which I remember none of. After we went to our hotel, unpacked out things, ate pizza, and went to see a concert, which in all honesty, was not exciting at all! But right after that we got to go to a dance with a bunch of other people, which also wasn't very fun, it was kind of boring. After we went back to our hotel and had a pretty crazy night. (That's what she said) But, no seriously, it was really fun that night. My group spent the duration of our night eating pringles/candy and drinking pop and coffee, with about ten thousand bags of sugar in them, prank calling other rooms with our other friends in them. It was really fun. It was also kind of funny, because our band teacher decided to put tape on the doors, to make sure we didn't sneak out, and halfway through the night is where it got weird. Everyone was calling each other on the phones, and laughing pretty loudly, and goofing around, and looking out the peep holes on the doors, because we thought we heard something, and someone (most likely our teacher) came up and put tape over the peep holes. To this day none of us no why she did it, but everyone was freaking out about it, which I found funny. Everyone though there was a masked murderer on the loose, while my friend and I were just sitting there like "Yup, for sure." Then the next morning we all went for a lovely breakfast downstairs. After breakfast we did my favourite thing on the trip. We went go carting! Soon After we went for lunch, and straight to the mall. Then was the drive home, which was mostly people sleeping, or showing everyone all the new stuff they got, and laughing with their friends. 

This year is not an over night trip, but it still sounds like it is going to be incredibly awesome! We leave this Friday, April 26th, 2013. First we are going on an hour drive to play at a school. Which isn't as glamorous as last year, but at least it's something. Straight after that we are going for lunch at freaking MONTANA'S! Which is awesome enough as it is. I mean, who doesn't love Montana's? Then it's off to the zoo, it sounds childish, but I believe you are never to old to go to the zoo. We are also seeing Jurassic park, in 3D. I personally love those movies! After that we are going to the mall, where I am going to stalk up on mac make up, or what ever looks good... Summer clothes and body sprays. I am so excited for that part of the trip! Then comes the ride home.

I am actually extremely excited for this trip! I don't know what time we will be getting home, so sorry if I don't get the chance to write and new entry. I will try to get some pictures up from the trip as well!
